Circle Stone Capital, LLC ("we," "us") operates circlestonecapital.com, our investor portal, and our mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect. Information you provide directly — name, email, phone, and anything you submit through our forms or when inquiring about an investment. If you become an investor, we also collect information required to verify accredited investor status and administer your investment, including date of birth, Social Security or tax identification number, government-issued identification, banking and payment information, and supporting financial documentation. We automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use it. To respond to inquiries, provide and administer investments, verify accredited investor status, meet legal and regulatory obligations including anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements, and improve the Services.

Cookies. We use cookies to analyze site traffic and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How we share it. With service providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, investor administration, identity and accreditation verification, payment processing — and with our professional advisors, and where required by law or regulation. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet recordkeeping requirements under securities and tax laws.

Your choices. Email support@circlestonecapital.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications. Some records must be retained to meet regulatory obligations. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights.

Account deletion. If you created an account through our website, investor portal, or mobile app, you may delete it at any time using the account deletion option within the app, or by emailing support@circlestonecapital.com. We process deletion requests promptly, except for records we are legally required to retain, such as records of completed investments.

Children. Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date reflects the current version.
